If you participated in HCRI stuttering therapy, join us on April 27-28, 2019 in Roanoke, Virginia for a productive and beneficial retreat weekend. Come ready to sharpen your targets, spend time with the HCRI team, hear the latest HCRI news, and reconnect with other HCRI alumni. Sessions, workshops, and practice activities for this two-day event will be held at nearby Hollins University.

Sign-in for attendees begins at 8:30 a.m. at the Dana Science Building on the Hollins University campus. The opening session begins at 9:00 a.m. when attendees will hear from HCRI President Dr. Ron Webster about initiatives underway at the institute. Activities during the day will include clinician-led workshops and extensive practice opportunities. There will be a lunch break from noon to 1:20 p.m., when you may go to one of the area restaurants that are located minutes from HCRI. Evening festivities will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Moody Center at Hollins University where HCRI will host a buffet dinner for attendees and their guests.

Sunday morning activities begin at 9:00 a.m. at Hollins University. Workshops will continue throughout the morning. All scheduled activities will wrap up at 1 p.m..
Retreat participants who register before March 29, 2019 will benefit from the early registration discount. The cost to attend the weekend event is $10 for HCRI alumni and $130 for each guest.
After March 29, registration fees increase to $10 for HCRI alumni and $10 per guest. There is no charge for children ages 10 and under who are accompanying you over the weekend. Please register by completing and submitting the form below.
You are responsible for booking and paying for your lodging. We have arranged blocks of rooms at the area hotels listed below. These room blocks will be available through March 29. When you make reservations, call the hotel directly and share that you are booking for the "HCRI Alumni Retreat." We encourage you to reserve your room early, as some hotels have limited availability.
